Before you buy

We would rather you hear these from us than find them out in month three.

It is a clinic system, not a hospital one. No wards, no admissions, no operation theatre. If you need those, ask us about the hospital system instead.
The licence covers one clinic. A second branch needs its own licence.
Patient records sit on your computer. Take the backup — it is one button — and keep it on a USB or in Drive.
The screens are in English. Prescriptions and receipts print with your clinic's name and address on them.
The audit trail cannot be switched off. That is deliberate — it is the part that protects you.
The patient portal needs internet. Everything else does not.
