Dexcon - Remote Desktops Manager

Try the full application on your own PC. It starts completely empty - no clients, no passwords, nothing of ours in it - so you can put in two test machines and see how it works.

What is in the demo

• The complete application - nothing is locked or cut down
• A clean vault: you set your own master password on first run and start with an empty list
• Every screen usable: clients and PCs, search, groups, notes, connection history, backup and restore
• Import from your existing AnyDesk desktop shortcuts, so you can load your real list in one go

How to run it

1. Download the zip and unzip it anywhere - the Desktop is fine. There is no setup to run.
2. Open the folder and double-click Descon.exe. The read-me inside answers the usual questions.
3. On first run it asks you to set a master password. That password protects your own vault on your own machine - we never see it, and there is no way to recover it, so write it down.
4. Add a client and a PC, put in an AnyDesk ID, and press Connect to see it dial straight through.
5. Prefer to look at it with sample data first? Run it once as Dexcon.exe --demo and it opens with example clients on a throwaway vault instead.
6. When you want the real thing on your machine, call us and we set it up with your own vault.

You need

• Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
• Microsoft .NET 8 Desktop Runtime - free, and usually already installed; the read-me in the zip has the link
• AnyDesk or RustDesk installed, to actually connect to a PC
