Can you fix it without coming to the shop?

Usually yes. Over AnyDesk we work on your counter PC while you watch the screen. Remote sessions are charged, and normally get you running the same hour.

Do you support software you did not sell me?

Tell us what you are running and we will say honestly whether we can help.

Getting remote help

Install AnyDesk on the counter PC if it is not there already, from anydesk.com/download.
Open it and tell us the 9-digit address on the screen — WhatsApp is fine.
We dial in. You see everything we do, and you can stop the session any time.
We tell you what it was, so the same thing does not surprise you next week.

Remote sessions are charged. On-site visits in Wazirabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot, Lahore and nearby are at our standard service charges.
