Common questions
What does it cost to become a dealer?
There is no franchise fee. You buy the software licences and hardware from us at dealer rates and sell them at your own price. Your investment is your time and your first few stock items.
Do I need to be a software person?
No. Most of our dealers are computer shops, mobile shops and IT service people. We train you on the software, and difficult cases you hand back to us over AnyDesk.
Who supports the customer after the sale?
You handle the shop visits and day-to-day questions in your city. Anything you cannot fix, our team takes over remotely - the customer stays yours.
Can I sell in my own name?
You sell iPOS.NET software under its own name, and you are the face of it in your city. Your shop name goes on the invoice, the installation and the support number.
Is my city available?
Tell us which city and we will say honestly whether someone is already covering it. We would rather have one serious dealer per area than three fighting over the same shops.
