What happens after you order — in plain words, before you have to ask.
Delivery
- Punjab: Usually 1-3 working days
- Rest of Pakistan: Usually 3-5 working days by courier
- Charges: Charged at actual courier cost, told to you before dispatch
- Cash on Delivery available across Pakistan
Installation
- Wazirabad: Free with a full counter package
- Other cities: Standard visit charges for Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot and Lahore - quoted before we travel
- Remote: Remote installation and training over AnyDesk anywhere in Pakistan and abroad
Warranty & returns
- Manufacturer warranty on printers, scanners, drawers and PCs - we handle the claim for you
- Software support and fixes included in the first period after installation
- Not covered: Physical damage, burnt boards from voltage problems, water, and consumables (rolls, labels, ribbons)
- Unopened hardware can be returned within 7 days if it is not what you needed; installed software and used consumables are not returnable
Annual maintenance (AMC)
Annual maintenance keeps your counter covered after the first year.
Basic AMC
