iPOS Distribution - from the booker’s phone to the van and back

Built for distributors of one company or many, and for sub-distributors running bookers, routes and vans.

The booker opens today’s route on an Android phone and types the order in cartons and pieces, with the last price and the running scheme on every line. A visit with no order is recorded with its reason, the GPS location and a photo of the shop.

In the office those orders become bills and a load pass: tick the orders, choose the van and the salesman, print the load sheet with the free goods on it. When the van returns you mark delivered, part return or not delivered, and the cash handover with any short or excess.

For the owner: market dues with ageing, company claims for schemes, targets and commission per booker, and the percentage of visits that actually produced an order.
