RiceMill Pro - from paddy to profit
RiceMill Pro is our new app for rice shellers and processing mills. Weigh the paddy, buy it, mill it, store it and sell it - and the stock, the yield and every party’s balance look after themselves.
It starts at the kanda: first and second weight with the time, vehicle and driver, and a waiting list for trucks still to be weighed out. One click turns the slip into a purchase. The bill then builds itself as you type - gross, tare, bardana, moisture and kaat all deducted - with rates in maund, kg or ton, and labour, dalali, market fee and freight on top.
Milling batches record the paddy in and the rice, broken, husk and bran out, with the yield percentage of each and the loss, the electricity and labour cost per maund, and a yield report by paddy variety. Stock is tracked by item and godown in maund, kg and bags.
Sale invoices check the stock and the credit limit, need approval for a low rate, and print with the gate pass or go out on WhatsApp. Party ledgers keep lena and dena straight, with the cash book, the day book and a proper profit and loss.
